A 30-second walk to Sunnyside C-Train station, with a 3-minute train ride to downtown and 5–10 minutes to SAIT / U of C. Safeway, the Eau Claire pathway, restaurants and shops are steps from your door.

The condo includes air conditioning, stainless steel appliances and a modern, open living concept. The bathroom includes in-suite laundry with a stacked washer and dryer. There is closet space throughout, including in the bedroom, along with a kitchen and dining area.

Utilities, parking and moving

• Heat and water are included. Electricity is approximately $30/month.
• No parking stall is included with this unit. Parking can be arranged directly with the Calgary Parking Authority on underground level 2 of the Lido building, at $250 + GST/month. Calgary Parking Authority — Lot 68.
• The move-in / move-out fee is paid directly to the Condominium Corporation: $160 for 1 hour or $400 for 4 hours of exclusive elevator use.

Minimum requirements

• All proposed occupants must be introduced, including adults’ occupations and any pets.
• Each adult applicant must have a satisfactory credit score of 700+.
• Applicants must demonstrate stable household income or other funds sufficient to comfortably support rent and recurring obligations.
• Each adult must upload proof of income or funds (such as the last three pay stubs or bank statements showing savings), government-issued identification, and a credit-score screenshot or report with the online application.

Meet your landlords

We are John and Kelly, the owners of the home, and we personally manage our rental properties. You will be dealing directly with us rather than a large property management company. We care about maintaining our homes properly, responding reasonably, and finding tenants who will treat the property with the same level of care and respect.
