Minimum application requirements

Every property uses the same minimum screening requirements:

• Introduce every proposed occupant, including each adult’s occupation and any pets.
• Each adult applicant must have a satisfactory credit score of 700+.
• Applicants must demonstrate stable household income or other funds sufficient to comfortably support rent and recurring obligations.
• Each adult must upload proof of income or funds (such as the last three pay stubs or bank statements showing savings), government-issued identification, and a credit-score screenshot or report with the online application.

Provide as much information as you can. Blank information fields will not prevent submission; required documents, consent and signatures must still be provided. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
