Utilities, pets and parking

• Utilities are fixed at $349/month and include water, electricity and natural gas.
• Pets are an extra $99/month/pet.
• Private parking for two vehicles is included at no additional charge.

Minimum requirements

• All proposed occupants must be introduced, including adults’ occupations and any pets.
• Each adult applicant must have a satisfactory credit score of 700+.
• Applicants must demonstrate stable household income or other funds sufficient to comfortably support rent and recurring obligations.
• Each adult must upload proof of income or funds (such as the last three pay stubs or bank statements showing savings), government-issued identification, and a credit-score screenshot or report with the online application.

Provide as much information as you can. Blank information fields will not prevent submission; required documents, consent and signatures must still be provided.

Meet your landlords

We are John and Kelly, the owners of the home, and we personally manage our rental properties. You will be dealing directly with us rather than a large property management company. We care about maintaining our homes properly, responding reasonably, and finding tenants who will treat the property with the same level of care and respect.

As owners, we take pride in our properties and value the positive partnerships and relationships we build with tenants.
